30 Days Online Purchase Return Policy
To ensure you have time to consider your online purchase, Far East Gems & Jewellery offers a 30 day return guarantee. Customers may return any item other than custom or special ordered items within 30 days from the original date of shipment of the merchandise for a full refund*.

Additional terms and conditions
The merchandise must be in new, unused, unworn condition and not damaged or modified in any way and be accompanied by the original sales receipt, appraisal and grading reports. $250SGD will be charged for replacement of certificate. Merchandise showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweller other than Far East Gems & Jewellery will immediately and irrevocably void Far East Gems & Jewellery’s 30 Days return policy.

Return Procedures
In order to process a return, contact us at info@fegj.com.sg or call us at (65) 6734 3172.
After we have received your call or email, we’ll process the return. You’ll receive a confirmation email with information to return your product.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Refundable Items
Engraved jewellery items and custom / bespoke gemstone or jewellery may not be returned.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable. Please do not ship returns C.O.D. If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact us prior to returning the items. Far East Gems & Jewellery will not reimburse you for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred. Please retain all shipping materials for Courier pick up and/or inspection.

Shipments must be made to a physical address (no P.O boxes)
-Requires an adult to sign for the package
-If you are not able to pick up your order at your home, please provide an alternate shipping address. You may inform us of your alternate shipping address by email info@fegj.com.sg or call us at (65) 6734 3172.

Cancel or Change an Order
If you would like to change or cancel an order please call a Far East Gems & Jewellery at (65) 6734 3172 or email us at info@fegj.com.sg. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped
