Self Collection & Delivery

Self-collection

• Upon successful payment, your order will be processed. 
• An email will be sent to you, once the order is ready for self-collection.
• Self Collection is by appointment only (email info@fegj.com.sg or call +65 6734 3172).
• Please book a collection appointment at least 1 (one) business day in advance.
• Museum: 26 Kandahar St, Level 2, S198888
• Tue-Fri: 12-5pm, Sat: 11-3pm

Delivery (within Singapore)

• Only available for purchase below $2000.
• Delivery fee of $20 will be applied to the order form.
• Delivery requires 2-3 working day.
• We make every effort to process and delivery your order as soon as we can.
• Shipments must be made to a physical address (no delivery to P.O. boxes)
• Please note that delivery is done by a delivery service company. Therefore we are unable to specific a timing for the delivery.
• An adult is required to sign for the package.
